OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

All the weights of our products are approximate. Since they are handmade and in a traditional way, they can never be exactly the same.

We ship orders to the Spanish peninsula in 24/48 hours. The shipping cost is € 6 (VAT included), and free for orders over € 50.

All orders placed before 1pm on weekdays will be processed that same day, except when paid by bank transfer.

RETURNS

Customers have 3 days from the receipt of the package to return the product if they are not satisfied with it. The products have to be in perfect condition and in their intact original packaging.

For any type of return, you must send an email to dulcesartesanoscapricho@gmail.com to inform us of the return, and we will inform you of the process to follow.

Once we have received the product in perfect conditions, we will refund the amount to the bank account you have indicated within maximum 7 days.

In the products are incorrect or defective, the deadline to contact us for an exchange will be 3 days maximum from the receipt of the package.

The cost of shipping of the returned products is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to defective goods or a service error.
